A sweet collaboration between our family's beekeepers and our love for Irish whiskey.

Crafted from the finest ex-bourbon matured and sherry finished Irish Whiskey, it's infused with honey from our very own family orchards. Marie, the mother of the family, is the head beekeeper and has been rapidly growing the bee population thanks to the success of the Whistler Honey Whiskey. This whiskey was crowed world’s best Irish Honey in 2021 at the World Liqueur Awards.

Nose: This golden elixir offers a nose filled with creamy honeycomb, caramel, candied almonds, and the smoothest Irish whiskey undertones.

Palate: It begins with a hearty whiskey influence, followed by incredibly creamy vanilla, caramel, and the sweetness of honey and candied almonds.

A limited edition masterpiece.

The Whistler Imperial Stout is a symphony of flavours, crafted by filling freshly disgorged Single Malt casks with award-winning O’Haras Imperial Stout for 12 months. This unique process bestows deeper notes of roasted coffee and cacao nibs upon a blend of Irish Malt, Wheat, and Grain whiskeys.

Only 3,000 bottles produced annually, one of the only Irish whiskeys to utilise Wheat Whiskey in the blend, which delivers an incredible creamy mouthfeel.

Nose: Notes of stewed dark berries, bitter coffee, and creamy cocoa.

Palate: Creamy cocoa melds beautifully with subtle coffee tones, rounded out by hints of caramel.

Enchanting Irish Single Malt, matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks for at least 9 months. This whiskey is an embodiment of the 100% malted barley, with a luscious, delicious sherry influence. Non-chill filtered, natural colour.

Nose: Filled with dried berries, raisins, cherries, and a hint of candied orange.

Palate: The journey continues with a wood-forward opening, a crisp palate, and a delightful interplay of dried fruits, brown sugar, walnut, zesty citrus, and a touch of leather.

Finish: A long, dry finish, adorned with hints of dark chocolate.
